After seeing thousands of patients in more than a decade of practice, I believe that the primary obstacle standing between most people and their best health is a fundamental depletion of energy. As we give more and more to our jobs for less and less in return, consume food that is becoming progressively void of nutrition, miss out on good quality sleep because we are so stressed and achy from work, and engage less and less with the people around us because we are too busy and too distracted by virtual content, we are spending our energy without doing the things that are necessary to replenish it.

The goal of this program is to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle with progressive success in mastering each element, thus unblocking your energy to pursue your true purpose in life.

The idea behind mastering these elements is to help you create effective building blocks to restoring energy and health. In creating this program I took the things we need to achieve excellent health, and ordered them from those that take the least to the most amount of energy to maintain. That order is SIMPLE, which stands for Sleep, Inner Energy, Mindset, Purpose, Life Foods, and Exercise. As you move through the program, each element builds on the one before it. When you are sleeping well, your hormones change in ways that naturally promote portion control and healthier food choices. When you learn how to unblock your energy, the reduction in pain and fatigue make it much easier to exercise.

The 6 Modules

It is recommended that clients approach the modules in order, however they are welcome to access them individually, or in their order of preference.

Module 1 - Sleep

Learn the common sleep myths that have you thinking you’re not capable of good sleep and why they are not true. Then, learn the SIMPLE three step approach to sleep:

  • Create an environment that promotes excellent sleep

  • Relax the body

    • Learn Dr. Jenny’s incredibly powerful 10 minute bedtime routine to wind down the body from the physical toll of the day. Includes lifetime access to one week of nightly video implementation sessions where Dr. Jenny takes you through the bedtime routine to help you build consistency and see real results.

  • Relax the mind

    • Get Dr. Jenny’s guided meditation for deep restorative sleep for nights when the mind is particularly active.

Module 2- Inner Energy

Discover the hidden health resource that most people don’t know exists or how to access: Life Force Energy (or Qi/Chi)

  • Learn how energy moves through the body and how disruptions in its flow lead to disease

  • Learn how to build, store, and unblock your energy to promote excellent health, regulate the mood, build power and confidence, and promote longevity

  • Learn a powerful Qi Gong (Energy Work) routine that takes less than 10 minutes to help integrate your energy and get it into flow

  • Receive lifetime access to one week of video implementation sessions where Dr. Jenny leads you through the Qi Gong routine to help you be consistent and build real results

Module 3- Mindset

  • Many of your self-limiting self-sabotaging behaviors are due to subconscious thought patterns you accumulated as a child

  • Learn how to identify when this negative programming is showing up in your life so that you can make the conscious choice to refute it

  • Learn how to upgrade your programming using Dr. Jenny’s powerful mindset meditation so that you replace your current counterproductive programming with a positive intentional one that supports and encourages you to grow

  • Receive access to Dr. Jenny’s powerful mindset meditation for daily practice

  • Optional upgrade: 1 hour individual PSYCH-K® session with Dr. Jenny to help erase and replace particularly sticky subconscious beliefs and patterns (only available in person)

Module 4- Purpose

Once you tap into your true purpose in life almost nothing can stop you:

  • Learn the importance of purpose in helping you to maintain healthy self-loving behaviors and keep your life supercharged with meaning

  • Learn how to home in on your own unique purpose using one simple but powerful exercise

  • Step into your life’s mission and raise your energy to attract the future you are meant to live using Dr. Jenny’s Purpose-Finder meditation

Module 5 - Life Foods

Finally, an easy balanced approach to eating for life:

  • Learn a very simple way to evaluate your food choices to easily and accurately identify foods that will bring you the most health and energy without getting weird and restrictive in your body-mind

  • Organic foods: learn what they are really about and how and when it is important to choose them

  • Learn a simple 2 week detox using no pills or powders to help jump-start your health and transition you to a life of healthful eating

  • Get quick and easy sample recipes for real world cooking and eating

Module 6 - Exercise

Tap into the immediate rewards of Movement:

I am sleeping better and learning to channel anxiety and get ahold of my thoughts and that has always been such a challenge for me. It’s a very “simple,” easy to follow course and I feel it is really inspiring. Lifestyle change is hard because its hard to figure out where to start….this class makes it much easier and also does not feel “depriving” – the “rules” are well – simple. It’s a great way to jump start a lifestyle change, breaking everything down into very simple, easy to accomplish steps. You won’t regret it.
